THE BAKED BEAN TIN -John was 15-16 just started work and had monies to go to the pub. Coming home one night to find one of his favourite films on T.V.and being peckishhe decided to warm a tin of beans on the open fire. Was it his lack of physics or the drink ither way he did not pierce the tin. Enthrolled in the film forgetting the tin- there was The Inevitable Explosion. John being stretched out on the settee took the brunt of the beans with my mother taking the rest along with the carpet and ceiling. John lay there shocked until my mother burst into laughter to which John stated " Al la Laurel & Hardy" picking the beans off his face and eating them.

Gran Canaria - Grumps decided to take me and Mason to the bar whilst mam and nan got ready, so we walked along the pool to the bar suddenly SPLASH grumps fell backwards into the pool. He climbed out and walked into the room emptying his pockets and laying 900 euros in towels to dry it out on the coffee table.

My best memory of Grumps is when we went to Cyprus in 2013, when we were in a villa and we had our own pool. One night we came back from the pub when Grumps decided to dive in the pool well he sort of , if you class belly flooping into a pool and nearly taking all the water out of the pool and having a red raw stomach.
I will always love you xx
